About Aashadh Amavasya :
According to the Hindu calendar, Amavasya falls on the last date of Krishna Paksha in every month. This time the Amavasya Tithi of Ashadh month is on 18 June 2023, Sunday. The Amavasya of the month of Ashadha is also known as Ashadhi Amavasya or Halharini Amavasya. In Hinduism, the new moon date of Ashadh month is considered very important.
